Terms for parent-led use of the learning dashboard, AI tutor, portfolio evidence, and public resources.
Parent-led learning
SchoolQuest AI is designed for parent or guardian involvement. The AI tutor, missions, records, and suggestions support learning decisions; they do not replace parental judgment, qualified educators, local legal requirements, medical advice, or safeguarding responsibilities.
Acceptable use
Families should use the app for lawful learning, planning, reflection, and portfolio evidence. Do not upload content that is unsafe, unlawful, invasive, unrelated to the child's learning, or that discloses unnecessary sensitive details about a child or another person.
AI limitations
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. The product uses guardrails and quality checks, but parents should review important explanations, learning records, and any decision that affects education, safety, health, or legal compliance.
