First-month setup and support
What families should expect between creating an account, the first learning month, support, and any paid access.
Creating your account
There is no application step and no approval to wait for. A parent creates the account with an emailed sign-in link, Google or Apple, sets up the first child profile, and can start the same day. Children do not create their own accounts; they work inside the profiles the parent sets up.
The first month starts small
A good first month should begin with one child, one weekly rhythm, short daily missions, a few real tutor moments, and simple portfolio evidence. The goal is to make sure the learning loop feels useful before adding more subjects, children, or groups.
Support and payment boundaries
Before paid access, families should see the support path, privacy boundary, refund/cancellation rules, pricing period, and what happens if the early-access program changes or ends.
